We don't want to bore you with loads of Terms and Conditions so we will keep it short and sweet with all the legal stuff.  

Use of website

We have a wide range of product to choose from across the website. Please carefully read each product to make sure it suits your need and have an understanding of the product. We own all rights to our website and if you would like to copy, download or save any pictures or information from our website, please consult us first by contacting info@uniqueautocare.co.uk 

Website uptime

All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime.

Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.


Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate, but after all we are all human and sometimes information might not be 100% accurate and, or up to date.

We can also give you 100% Guarantee that all of our products are safely tested and regulated to not damage your vehicle in anyway. Our products contain no acids or strong chemicals. This gives us satisfaction that no liability will be taken in a result of using our products in the instructed way we recommend on the packaging. Any personal injury from our products is your own liability. 

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage after the customer takes ownership of our products.



After placing your order, our team will normally dispatch within 24hours. During peak times this can be 48hours. All Parcels normally arrive to our customers within 7 days. Please allow up to 10 days as some couriers can have delays or technical issues. 

Don't stress if your order haven't turned up by 10 days. Our team will be more than happy to take the time to track down what is going on. Send your order number to our team at info@uniqueautocare.co.uk where a member of our team will be able to help.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email at order@uniqueautocare.co.uk about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired. We will give you the instructions on how to return the products back to us. 

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

If you cancel an order after the products have been dispatched, choose to cancel or you have received them you will not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.  

In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) Once product has been opened and used, the product cannot be returned.

(b) Personally damaged from accidental or deliberate use. 

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Wales law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
